Careers

Our people are the foundation of our success.

We know that it is the hard work and commitment of our wonderful team of employees that enables our firm to provide exceptional service to our clients. We always want to meet talented, dedicated individuals who may be interested in becoming part of the YMBT family.

Attorneys

By joining our team as an Associate Attorney, you will be given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple practice areas and have direct client contact from day one, while also having professional development support and an experienced team surrounding you. Whether just out of law school or coming with years of experience, we value hard-working individuals who are enthusiastic about the idea of being a part of our community and who strive to deliver thoughtful, high-quality work. If you are interested in a position as an Associate Attorney with our firm, please send your resume and a cover letter to careers@hickorylaw.com.

Summer Law Interns

We generally look for one or two law school students to join our team each summer as part of our internship program. Our summer interns are exposed to various practice areas, hearings and client meetings, a wide-range of research opportunities, and community events or meetings. Applications for the summer internship program are welcome at any time, but please be aware that our selections are generally made by January for the following summer each year. If you are interested in a summer internship position with our firm, please send your resume, cover letter, and any writing samples to careers@hickorylaw.com.

Professional Staff

Our professional staff members keep everything moving forward and are a vitally important part of the work we do. If you are interested in a staff position, please send your resume and cover letter to careers@hickorylaw.com.
